I've worked with a handful of realtors and Anne is the best realtor anyone could ever ask for! She listens to her clients, knows the market extremely well and goes the extra mile. When I was interviewing her about listing my house in St. Charles, she told me that my 100-year-old house wasn't comparable to any similar houses that the other realtors were using to tell me what they thought the house should be listed at and she actually suggested a price significantly higher than they recommended. She must have been right because the house sold for the listing price, plus a little more in less than two weeks of being listed. I also worked with Anne on the sale of my mother's house. During both sales, we encountered situations with the buyers/buyers' realtors that irritated me and Anne was very helpful in getting the situations resolved. Anne is honest, hardworking, pays attention to the details and is a pleasure work with. Anytime anyone I know is buying or selling a house in the area, I recommend Anne -- I'd happily use her again.
